- Excellent Ms. Office skills | | Deskripsi pekerjaan: | - Plan, control and monitor mining operation performance and liaise with Project Managers to foster an efficient mining operation through competent Technical & Engineering skills and disciplines.
- Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions
- Relieve for the Project Manager while they are on leave in order to lead mining operations
- Monitor mining operation performance and liaise with the Project Manager and site engineering staff to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines
- Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented
- Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report (PMR) templates and MIS targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives
- Coach and mentor technical support staff in order to make them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts and in readiness for assuming more responsibility
