This policy also pays for:

	Loss of Rent and Alternative Accommodation If your house cannot be lived in due to loss or damage covered under the policy and you have to find alternative accommodation, SmartHome pays for such expenses.
	Loss or damage caused by Domestic Servant If your household contents or personal belongings are lost or damaged because of your domestic servant, SmartHome also provides such cover.
	Automatic Inclusion of new Property If you buy new things and you haven't had a chance to inform us. SmartHome will automatically cover these items if loss or damage occurs within 30 days from the date of purchase up to limit specified in the policy.
